There is light at the end of the tunnel!! Just reconnected the station lights on the gasworks end of the station. Its a fiddly long job iv'e been putting off for ages, got to do the other end now.

Another signal from the shed! But this one i had a boo boo installing it and managed to rip all the wires out of the back of it. So i had to repairs before installing, they went ok , but it gave me an idea to put an engineer on the signal. Here he is inspecting my soldering.

Another view of the station lights.

Another day, another signal! Here is another product from the gimp in my shed, a nice wall mounted signal. Sorry about the picture, its one of the hardest places to photograph on the layout.  This is underneath platform one and two.

Got around to wiring up the other end of the stations lights today. Now you can see how the station is going to look when the middle area is covered. Im going to add lights to the underside of the lift up sections, to give the impression of a large well lit undercover station.

Another signal added, again from my shed freak! This one is so trains can shunt back into the station from the down line, it will be used for running around trains.

A new arrival on Camelot, i have been wanting a set of these blue pullman coaches for a while now, but never wanted the hornby/ex lima loco, so when i saw the expansion pack for half price in a model shop and the set coaches on ebay i snapped them all up. Here they are behind a Heljan blue 47. Looks great !

New arrival again, this time in the form of road transport for my little people. Here is one of the vans that arrived, complete with tax disc and FHM mag on the dash board. Excellent detail and a quality finish to this model, looks the part with this gang of track workers attending to an incident. This model was made by Bostick who visits this site and he will be happy to answer any questions you have and maybe even make you some for the right price . Email  code3.minimarvels@virgin.net

Only a small update, been away on holiday and working lots so not really touched Camelot. But a bit of the layout has been bugging me for a long time , the small bit of wall behnd the tmd signal box had never been finished off. So i went up armed with glue and bush and sorted it out a bit . The offending area was on the left of the picture behind the box, you will spot it in earlier pictures. Here is a class 37 pulling my serco test train around the layout, normally with another on the back but was missing for the photo! Shy i think!
